Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
GRAVION COMMERCE GROUP INC. is a Canadian e-commerce retail company based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, supplier inquiries, and related business communications.
Scope of This Website
This website currently provides information about GRAVION and accepts supplier inquiries and business communications. It does not currently provide customer checkout, process customer orders or payments, or collect shipping details for purchases.
Information We Collect
When you submit a supplier inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your company name, contact name, business email address, phone number, website, product categories, brands represented, minimum order requirements, distribution territory, and message. Some fields are optional. Business contact information may be personal information when it identifies an individual.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information included in your message and attachments. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sending payment details or sensitive personal information that we have not requested.
We also keep inquiry dates, review status, and internal notes used to manage our communications. Staff who use the administrator sign-in provide account information, including an email address; the authentication service handles passwords and session information.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry and correspondence information to respond to you, assess potential supplier relationships and product opportunities, communicate about a potential partnership, and maintain records of those discussions. We use account and technical information to control staff access, prevent spam and misuse, operate the website, and investigate errors. Visitor analytics helps us understand page visits, engagement, and website performance.
The supplier form uses validation and automated spam checks, including submission timing checks and limits on repeated inquiries from the same email address. Submissions identified as spam may not be retained or answered. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list.
Website Analytics, Cookies, and Browser Storage
Our hosting platform, Lovable, provides visitor analytics. This may include pages visited, referring pages, campaign information present in a link, visit timing and engagement, website performance, and error information. Lovable describes its visitor analytics as cookie-free and using a random identifier for each visit rather than linking separate visits into a visitor profile.
Separately, the website’s hosting and security services use cookies to support delivery and help detect automated traffic. Staff authentication uses browser storage to maintain signed-in sessions. Hosting and other services also receive technical information with requests, such as IP addresses and browser information. We have not configured a separate advertising pixel or Google Analytics integration on this website.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect staff sign-in or website operation. Clearing cookies does not necessarily prevent cookie-free analytics or service logs.
Storage and Service Providers
Supplier inquiries are stored in our website database through Lovable Cloud. Email notifications containing inquiry details are sent to contact@gravioncommerce.com through Lovable’s email service. Our business email uses Gmail / Google Workspace, so notification copies and related correspondence are also stored and processed by Google as our email provider. We do not currently use a separate CRM or marketing platform to manage supplier inquiries.
We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, staff authentication, email delivery and storage, website assets, analytics, and security. These services process information needed to perform their functions. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to send technical request information to Google when loading those fonts.
Depending on the service provider and its infrastructure, information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those countries. This policy does not promise that all information stays in Canada. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Third-Party Marketplaces
GRAVION may sell products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.ca and Walmart.ca in the future. Marketplace sales have not started at the time of this policy update. Each marketplace’s own privacy policy governs information it collects through its platform.
If GRAVION later receives customer information from a marketplace, we will need to handle that information for the relevant retail activities and update this policy to describe those practices. A marketplace’s privacy policy does not replace GRAVION’s responsibilities for information we receive or use independently.
Please consult the Amazon.ca Privacy Notice and Walmart Canada Privacy Notice when using those platforms.
Safeguards
Access to supplier inquiry records through the administrator dashboard is restricted to authenticated accounts with an assigned administrator role. The public inquiry form sends information to server-side validation and storage rather than providing public access to inquiry records. Email notifications also place a copy of inquiry information in the business mailbox, which has its own access and security arrangements.
These measures reduce unauthorized access but cannot guarantee the security of every transmission or stored record.
Retention
We have not adopted a fixed retention period for supplier inquiries and related correspondence. Website inquiry records currently remain stored unless manually removed; there is no automatic deletion schedule for those records. Copies in email, service logs, or provider backups may remain separately under the relevant service’s retention arrangements. Deleting a website record does not necessarily remove these other copies immediately.
You may ask us to review whether information can be deleted. Any continued retention will need to take account of ongoing business communications, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and technical limits affecting backups and service logs.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask about its use or disclosure, raise a privacy concern, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. These requests may be subject to identity verification, applicable legal requirements, and limits needed to protect other people’s information. Deletion is not an unconditional right to remove every record or backup immediately.
You can choose not to provide optional information or not to submit an inquiry. Withdrawing information or consent necessary to respond may limit our ability to continue the discussion. Requests about information held independently by a marketplace should be directed to that marketplace.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact GRAVION COMMERCE GROUP INC. at contact@gravioncommerce.com. The business owner personally handles access, correction, deletion, and other privacy requests at this address.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website, services, or information practices change. The last-updated date will identify the most recent revision. We will review the policy before introducing customer checkout, marketplace customer-data handling, or new inquiry-management or marketing services.
